Food counter attendant

Morning/Afternoon & Closing *Job Type:* Part-Time *Hours:* * *Morning/Afternoon:* Approximately 20?30 hours per week * *Closing:* Approximately 10?15 hours per week A&W is currently hiring reliable, friendly, and hardworking *Part-Time Team Members* to join our team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent guest service. We are currently looking to fill two part-time availability needs: *Morning/Afternoon Team Member ? 20?30 hours per week* * Primarily morning and afternoon shifts * Availability between approximately *7:00 AM and 3:00 PM* is preferred *Closing Team Member ? 10?15 hours per week* * Primarily evening and closing shifts * Must be comfortable working later shifts and assisting with closing duties *What You'll Do* * Provide friendly and welcoming service to guests. * Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Process cash, debit, and credit transactions as required. * Prepare food and beverages according to A&W standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. * Restock supplies as needed throughout your shift. * Complete cleaning and closing duties as required. * Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. * Work with the team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service. *What We're Looking For* * Reliable and punctual. * Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to learn and take on different tasks. * Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required. * Availability that matches the position being applied for. * For the closing position, must be comfortable working evening and closing shifts. *What We Offer* * Consistent part-time hours. * Team-focused and supportive work environment. * Paid training and development opportunities. * Employee meal discounts. * Opportunities for advancement within the company.
