We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused *Gas Fireplace Installer* to join our team on a full-time basis. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have experience installing gas fireplaces; however, *we are willing to train the right individual* who has the appropriate qualifications, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Required Qualifications * Valid *G2 Gas Technician license* ? required * Valid *Ontario Driver?s Licence* * Clean/reliable driver?s abstract * Previous gas fireplace installation experience is an asset * Working at Heights training is an asset * Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and dependable * Professional appearance and positive attitude Key Responsibilities * Install gas fireplaces and related products safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard * Complete installations in accordance with *manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and company standards* * Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally * Explain proper operation, maintenance, and care of fireplace equipment to homeowners * Provide a professional and courteous customer experience at every appointment * Collect customer payments on site when required * Complete work orders, paperwork, and other required documentation accurately * Submit completed paperwork daily in accordance with company procedures * Represent *My Fireplace* in a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-service-oriented manner Why Join My Fireplace? * Join an established *family-owned and operated company with 30+ years of experience* * Full-time employment with an opportunity to grow with a successful company * Work alongside an experienced and supportive team * Opportunity for training and professional development * Be part of a company that takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service The Ideal Candidate You are someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
