We are supporting seniors to stay at home longer. *Position Summary* The Financial Analyst, Operations serves as the primary finance business partner to Operational teams. This role is responsible for operational reporting, manufacturing cost analysis, inventory control, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement across the business. *Key Responsibilities* * Partner with Operations leadership to support decision-making and business performance. * Analyze manufacturing costs, material usage, yields, waste, and production variances. * Lead inventory reporting, variance investigations, and inventory control initiatives. * Analyze labour efficiency, transportation costs, warehouse productivity, and distribution performance. * Own and maintain operational reporting, KPI scorecards, and Power BI dashboards. * Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning activities. * Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes. * Lead and support special projects related to cost savings and operational improvement. *Qualifications* * Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance. * Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting. * Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial modelling. * Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. * Ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in manufacturing, food production, distribution, logistics, or CPG. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP systems. * Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts. * CPA designation or progress toward completion is an asset. *Why Join Us?* * Impactful Work: Contribute to the well-being of vulnerable populations by improving operational efficiency and cost management. * Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a talented team of professionals who share a passion for food, nutrition, and service. * Career Growth: Opportunity for personal and professional development within a global family-owned company. * Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive salaries, and a supportive work culture. * Hybrid Role: 3 days in office per week *Vacancy Status* This posting is for an existing vacancy. *Accommodation Statement* Accommodations are available throughout the recruitment process in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
