We?re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Used Car Finance Manager to join one of the top Finance Teams in our Dealer Group. In this role, you?ll help customers secure the best financing and protection options while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional buying experience. What You?ll Do: · Guide customers through financing and leasing options with clarity and professionalism · Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions · Prepare and review all contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations · Maximize dealership profitability through effective product presentation · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing programs, rates, and incentives What We?re Looking For: · Proven experience in automotive finance or dealership sales management · Strong understanding of lending practices, credit reports, and compliance requirements · Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills · High attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment · Flexibility with hours and schedule.
