Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment. Conduct quality audits . Develop quality management and quality assurance standards. Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Plan the re-organization of operations. Supervise staff. Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Evening. Shift.
