Farm supervisor

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for mature workers: Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination . Supports for visible minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.). Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
