We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to multiple senior leaders. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and helping executives stay organized, prepared, and focused on key business objectives. *Position Overview* The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day executive and operational support to multiple members of the senior leadership team. This role will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing documents, tracking follow-up items, and supporting meetings, projects, and business initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling for multiple senior leaders * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, documents, and meeting materials * Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to help ensure priorities are completed * Draft, review, and organize emails, reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents * Assist with meeting notes, minutes, and distribution of follow-up items * Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics * Support senior leaders with day-to-day business operations and special projects * Organize and maintain electronic files, records, reports, and confidential documents * Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and external partners * Assist with expense reports, invoices, purchase documentation, and administrative tracking * Coordinate site visits, appointments, events, and business-related errands as required * Anticipate the needs of senior leaders and proactively identify solutions * Help improve administrative processes, organization, and workflow efficiencies * Provide general administrative support to the leadership team as required *Qualifications* * 1?3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or in a similar role * Experience supporting multiple leaders or managing competing priorities is considered an asset * Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field is preferred * Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and follow-through * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Professional, dependable, and able to exercise sound judgment * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment * Proficiency with Google Suite/Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other office technology * Experience in construction, real estate, development, or property management is considered an asset *What We Offer* * A valid driver?s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required * The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling locally for meetings, site visits, document deliveries, errands, and other business-related needs * Mileage for approved business travel will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy *What We Are Looking For* The ideal candidate is: * Proactive and solutions-focused * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Calm and professional under pressure * Comfortable supporting multiple personalities and leadership styles * Able to identify priorities and manage shifting deadlines * Resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks * Discreet, trustwor
