Located in Moncton, we offer esthetics, massage therapy, head spa services, an indoor thermal circuit, and a lounge with food and beverage service. We create calm, restorative experiences, and we're building a team that takes pride in delivering them. *About the role* As an Evolve esthetician, you'll deliver professional, results-driven treatments using Comfort Zone, our professional skincare line, while caring for every part of the guest's visit. You'll be part of a close team where everyone pitches in, from the treatment room to the front desk to closing at the end of the day. We invest in our estheticians. You'll receive ongoing brand and product training, learn new treatments as we launch them, and earn more through retail commission as you grow your skills. *What you'll do* *Treatments* * Perform facials and body treatments using Comfort Zone professional products, as well as waxing, brow and lash tinting and lamination, manicures and pedicures * Learn and deliver new treatments as we launch them, including our Comfort Zone signature body and facial treatments * Perform head spa services as we introduce our new head spa line * Complete thorough consultations, tailor each treatment to the guest, and use product thoughtfully and efficiently * Keep your treatment room clean, sanitized, stocked and ready for the next guest *Retail* * Recommend home care products that support each guest's results, with full product training provided * Help guests choose from our Comfort Zone and Eminence Organic Skincare lines * Earn commission on your retail sales through our tiered commission structure *Guest services and front desk* * Share front desk duties: greeting and checking in guests, answering calls, booking appointments and processing payments * Welcome guests to the thermal circuit and help first-time visitors feel at ease * Uphold our cancellation policy and Evolve's service standards with warmth and professionalism *Team and spa care* * Help keep the whole spa clean, tidy and welcoming, including guest areas, the lounge and the retail space * Take part in end-of-day closing duties * Participate in ongoing training and regular performance reviews *Must-haves* * Valid esthetician licence with the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick (CANB) * Able to work evenings and weekends New graduates are welcome to apply. *Who you are* * Passionate about skincare and delivering treatments that make a real difference * A warm, gracious host who genuinely enjoys caring for people * A team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed, from the front desk to closing * Calm and steady in a fast-paced environment, and self-motivated during quieter times * Confident recommending products, or eager to learn how * Committed to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism * Organized and reliable, with strong time management that keeps treatments running on schedule * Comfortable standing for long periods and maintaining a polished, professional appearance * Eager to keep learning and growing your skills *Assets* * Bilingual in English and French * Spa or esthetics experience * Experience with Comfort Zone, Eminence Organic Skincare or head spa services * Retail sales experience * Experience with spa booking or point-of-sale systems *Why Evolve* * *One of a kind:* Work at New Brunswick's only fully indoor thermal spa. * *Help shape something new:* Evolve opened in November 2024, and our early team members help build our culture, not just fit into it. * *Grow your skills:* We're building a structured training and onboarding program and an in-house education centre.
