*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Foreman/woman to lead and oversee condominium projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise electrical teams, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Your leadership will drive project success, optimize resources, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in electrical construction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to innovative infrastructure development. *Duties* * Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within scope. * Lead and mentor electrical crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity. * Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately. * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company policies to foster a safe work environment. * Plan schedules, track progress, and manage documentation effectively. * Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure workmanship meets specifications and standards. * Manage project budgets by assisting with construction estimating, tracking costs, and controlling expenses related to labor and materials. * Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. * Oversee the use of schematics and technical documents for troubleshooting and problem-solving during installation or repairs. *Experience* * Fire alarm and distribution experience a must. * Previous experience on condominiums a must. * Proven supervising experience in electrical construction or related fields with a strong understanding of electrical systems and installation practices. * Extensive construction experience with a solid background in commercial projects. * Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately. * Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols specific to electrical work environments. * Experience in budgeting, construction estimating, and resource planning for large-scale projects is highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
