*Overview* Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is a modern Asian-inspired fast casual brand on a mission to turn the world's most craveable bites into the next great food staples. Our first shop opened in New York City in 2021, and since then we are now built for everywhere ?serving guests from our shops across the U.S. and Canada, inside some of the most iconic venues in sports & entertainment and in the world's leading retailers. *Position Summary* _*This posting will be used to fill vacancies at two (2) separate locations: Country Hills and Downtown 17th Avenue*_ We are currently seeking a Manager to support the daily operations of our shop. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in restaurant or fast-casual operations, team leadership, and guest service. This role requires someone who can step in with confidence from day one, help drive operational excellence, maintain high standards for food quality and hospitality, and lead the team with energy, accountability, and initiative. The Manager sets the tone for everything, leading the team, driving results, and creating a standard of excellence that carries through every shift. *Responsibilities* * Oversee and lead all store operations * Handle hiring, training, and staff retention * Create schedules and manage labor strategy * Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance * Maintain vendor relationships and oversee inventory systems * Supervise equipment maintenance and functionality * Lead financial oversight including deposits, reporting, and cost control * Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) efforts, including community outreach, event support, and in-store promotions * Ensure guest satisfaction through leadership and team support *Leadership Expectations* * Lead with professionalism, urgency, and accountability * Make proactive decisions that support long-term success * Coach and develop staff through consistent feedback and recognition * Represent the brand with pride and uphold company standards * Take ownership of local marketing plan outreach, execute promotions, and ensure all * LSM initiatives are executed according to SOP and brand standards *Qualifications* * Previous management or supervisory experience in a fast food or restaurant environment is considered a strong asset. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. * Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. * Current Food Safe certification is required or must be obtained prior to employment. * Flexible working hours based on production needs with the ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts as required. * Must have a valid driver's license and/or a reliable form of transportation *Why Join Us?* * Health Benefits after 3 months * Competitive salary based on experience * Work with a great, supportive team!
