Description of Responsibilities and Duties 1) Receive incoming calls and enter requests while providing a high level of customer service. 2) Prioritize daily tasks such as paperwork, spreadsheets and ticket sorting. 3) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be attentive to detail. 4) Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and pick up concerns. 5) Understand the importance of safety. 6) Able to understand and navigate mapping in Regina and surrounding areas. 7) Dispatch and Route calls to drivers in and out of the City 8) Various other office duties as required.
