Dishwasher

Dishwasher needed to start asap at our busy brunch restaurant. Must be available weekends and long weekends. Must be ok working mornings. Experience preferred. Please send your resume if interested! *Summary* As a Weekend Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area. Reporting to the kitchen staff and manager, your core skills in cleaning and food handling will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use. *Responsibilities* * Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. * Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. * Ensure proper maintenace of equipment * Clean up at the end of your shift * Support food preparation as needed. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while handling kitchenware. * Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment * Strong cleaning and sanitation skills * Knowledge of food handling and safety practices * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting * Experience in food preparation and service * Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $19.50 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food Ability to commute/relocate: * Toronto, ON M4P 2L7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person
