*Summary of Position: *The dishwasher keeps the kitchen in good sanitary condition (i.e. mops floors, runs dishwasher, and cleans walls, coolers & equipment). Sets up adequate supply of clean dishes and cutlery for each outlet and for any special functions being serviced by Hotel. Assists in daily operations related to food and beverage products.
