Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area - Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects - Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures Please note that previous experience as a dishwasher or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
