*Broken Hill* is looking for a Part time dishwasher through November, and into winter season on a part time basis. Schedule for November will be two weeknights and Sat/Sun daytime. December through March schedule will depend on business volumes. We strive to create a positive, respectful, and professional environment. If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy fast paced work, take pride in your work and can work well independently, this is the position for you. *Reports To*: Sous chefs, Chef *Essential Responsibilities*: As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for all dish related cleaning, organizing and distribution of plate ware and kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean work station, cleaning the smoker and closing down the dish area. *Definition of Success*: Speed and organization are a must! You should be able to work with high volume, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail. The ability to plan ahead is necessary to succeed in this role.
