Job description

Budgetary responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000. Tasks: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits. Evaluate daily operations . Monitor revenues to determine labour cost . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Supervise staff. Train staff. Cost products and services. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Project management. Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals. Knowledge of licensing regulations. Order stock. Manage Event Logistics. Organize regional and divisional sales operations. Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Technical terminology: Human resources.
