Scale.* The *ONIT Group of Companies* is seeking an accomplished, commercially driven and highly entrepreneurial *Director, Business Development & Strategic Growth* to work directly alongside our CEO and help drive the next stage of our expansion. ONIT is a *rapidly scaling group of businesses* with interests across multiple industries, including *Recruiting, AI-Lead Generation, Skincare, Water Savings and Energy*. This is not a traditional business development position. The successful candidate will act as a *right-hand strategic and commercial partner to the CEO*, helping oversee, develop and scale businesses across the ONIT Group of Companies. You will work directly with the CEO and teams to drive sales performance, identify growth opportunities, raise capital, build strategic relationships and ensure ideas translate into measurable business results. We are looking for someone who has *built, sold, led and scaled*. You must be comfortable moving between the boardroom and the sales floor?working with the CEO on strategy one moment and helping a sales leader improve performance, and execution the next. The right person thinks like an *entrepreneur, sells like a top producer, leads like an executive and executes like an owner.* *What You'll Own* *Capital Raising & Investor Development* * Lead and support *capital-raising initiatives* for ONIT Group businesses and selected growth ventures. * Develop relationships with investors, family offices, private equity, venture capital, strategic investors and financing partners. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors and capital opportunities. * Help develop compelling investment narratives, presentations, financial propositions and pitch materials. * Represent the Group alongside the CEO in investor meetings and presentations. * Support negotiations, due diligence and transaction processes through to completion. * Identify creative financing and strategic capital structures that can accelerate growth. *Demonstrated experience successfully raising or helping secure meaningful capital is an important requirement for this position.* *CEO & Group Strategic Leadership* * Serve as a key *right-hand business partner to the CEO* across the ONIT Group of Companies. * Work closely with the CEO to translate vision, ideas and opportunities into executable business strategies. * Help oversee multiple businesses and work directly with their leadership teams to drive performance. * Help establish priorities, targets and execution plans for new and existing businesses. * Help ensure leadership teams remain focused on the activities that generate *revenue, growth and enterprise value*. * Represent the CEO and ONIT Group in selected strategic, commercial and external relationships. *Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth* * Work directly with company leaders and sales management to accelerate revenue growth across the Group. * Help drive and strengthen *sales management, sales leadership, accountability and execution*. * Personally participate in major business-development opportunities and complex sales when required. *Candidates must have significant personal sales experience as well as demonstrated experience leading and managing sales teams.* *Business Development & Strategic Growth* * Identify and develop new businesses, markets, revenue streams and commercial opportunities. *
