We are seeking a *skilled, reliable, and patient-focused Associate Dentist* to join our busy dental practice. _*TOP PRIORITY: Availability to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.*_ _*Minimum 1 year of clinical experience is required. Availability to work Saturdays is a top priority for this position.* The ideal candidate is confident in general dentistry, comfortable treating emergency patients, and committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care. You will work in a collaborative environment with an experienced dental team and modern technology. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including: * Examinations and diagnosis * Emergency dental care * Extractions * Pulpotomy/Pulpectomy * Restorations * Root canal treatment * Crown and bridge procedures * Diagnose dental conditions through clinical examination and appropriate diagnostic imaging. * Develop and present individualized treatment plans based on patients? clinical needs. * Provide clear explanations of treatment options, risks, benefits, and alternatives. * Treat patients of different age groups, including pediatric patients when required. * Maintain accurate and complete patient records and clinical documentation. * Familiarity withClearDent, Paradigm, or similar dental practice management software for charting and documentation. * Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent patient care. * Follow all infection prevention, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols. * Stay current with developments in dentistry, technology, and restorative procedures. Qualifications * *DDS or DMD degree* from an accredited dental school. * *Valid Ontario dental licence in good standing.* * *Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.* * *Mandatory availability to work weekends, including Saturdays.* * *Availability to work 5 days per week (including Saturdays) is the top priority for this position.* * Strong experience and confidence in *emergency dentistry*. * Experience with general dentistry procedures, including restorative treatment, extractions, crowns, and root canals. * Experience with *ClearDent or similar dental software* is an asset. * Experience with *CAD/CAM technology* is an asset. * Pediatric dentistry experience is an asset. * Strong communication and patient-management skills. * Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a dental team. * Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
