*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate *Dental Treatment Coordinator* to join our dental team. We are a small 3-provider practice (one dentist and two hygienists). In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them seamlessly through their dental care journey. Your energetic approach will ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and confident about their treatment plans. You will coordinate appointments, explain procedures, and facilitate communication between patients and the dental team to promote a positive experience from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Level II Dental Assistant to combine their administrative skills with their clinical knowledge. Wage will be determined based on experience and skill. *Responsibilities* * Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Dentrix * Explain treatment plans clearly, answer patient questions about procedures, costs, and insurance coverage * Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding pre-determinations * Send information electronically to insurance companies * Maintain accurate records of patient interactions * Maintain the Continuing Care system for hygiene, recalls and treatment lists *Experience* * Level II Dental Assistant with chairside and reception experience * Strong familiarity with dental insurance and CDAnet * Experience with practice management software, Dentrix If you are a self-driven individual and take pride in a job well done, we encourage you to apply.
