Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools used in restorative procedures. Manage patient records using dental management software like Dentrix and Epic to ensure accurate documentation of treatments and appointments. Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits?especially for pediatric and orthodontic patients. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and acting as a dental receptionist when needed. Assist with taking dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards in compliance with health regulations to promote a safe environment for patients and staff. *Qualifications* Previous experience in dental assisting or related healthcare roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix, Epic, or similar platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry enhances communication with team members and patients. Experience with orthodontics procedures or pediatrics is a plus, demonstrating versatility in patient care. Proficiency in using CAD tools for restorative work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be available.
