Delivery driver

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Rural area. Urban area. Tasks: Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Load and unload goods. Follow directions and read map. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Build pallets. Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders and barrels. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Transportation/travel experience: Local. Regional. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads.
