This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your driving skills and gain experience with heavy equipment operation, all while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. *Responsibilities* * Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight and goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations * Load and unload freight using equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation * Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety issues * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly * Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and asset protection records for accountability * Assist with the operation of heavy equipment or specialized tools required for freight handling when needed * Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during deliveries and addressing customer inquiries courteously *Requirements* * Valid commercial driver?s license (CDL) with a clean driving record * Experience in freight transportation, commercial driving, or related fields preferred * Ability to operate forklifts, heavy equipment, or other machinery safely and efficiently * Basic automotive repair knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and safety procedures * Physical ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with customers Join us in delivering excellence!
