Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in Vaughan, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, palletizing, shipping and receiving, material handling, warehouse operations, and food distribution.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assembling customer orders, staging products for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.
• Pay Rate: $21/hour
• Location: Vaughan, ON
• Shift: Between Monday and Sunday | 11 PM - 7 AM
• Job type: Temporary with possibility of permanence | Part-time

Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Shipping
• Assemble customer orders onto pallets for shipment.
• Load, stage, sort, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Warehouse Operations
• Follow warehouse procedures and operational guidelines.
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate staging and storage of products.
Safety & Quality
• Follow all company safety policies and safe work practices.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Comply with food safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, dock, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience loading, unloading, staging, sorting, and moving products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely around loading docks, trailers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
• Pallet jack or forklift experience is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work various shifts as required.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
