Customer service representative supervisor

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Identify workers' training needs. Prepare and submit reports. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
