Customer service representative - call centre

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and proactive candidate to join our team. *Experience with call centers, accounts receivable, quickbooks online, customer service, and sales is an asset.* *The ideal candidate will be:* * organized, thorough, and pay great attention to detail * tech saavy (office applications and various software experience) and have excellent phone and computer skills; * punctual, hardworking and willing to learn * fluent in English, both written and verbal * solution oriented *Examples of duties may include:* * Answering and responding to customer calls and inquiries * Processing customer orders and assisting with account questions * Following up with customers regarding orders, payments, and account balances * Entering and maintaining customer and account information * Assisting with accounts receivable and basic bookkeeping tasks * Processing invoices, payments, and related paperwork * Using QuickBooks Online and other company software * Assisting with sales and customer service as needed * Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal staff * Helping with general office administration and other tasks as required This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable managing a variety of tasks, communicating with customers, and learning new systems and processes.
