Customer service representative - call centre

Wendox Marketing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, answering questions, and creating a positive experience for customers. You?ll work in a face-to-face environment at scheduled events and customer-facing locations, representing established brands and helping customers get the information they need about available products and services. *Your Responsibilities* * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance * Listen to customer questions and understand their needs * Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions * Answer questions and address customer concerns * Help customers understand available options * Provide accurate product and service information * Assist customers with the next steps when needed * Maintain a professional and welcoming customer environment * Keep customer interactions and required information organized * Stay informed about product updates and campaign information * Follow company and campaign guidelines * Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings * Work with team members to provide consistent customer service *The Right Fit* * Friendly and approachable personality * Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face * Strong communication and listening skills * Patient and professional when answering questions * Able to learn new products and information quickly * Organized and dependable * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Comfortable working in a busy customer-facing environment * Open to coaching and feedback * Available full-time, including some weekends as required Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment is an asset, but not required.
