*Job Summary* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team providing service to the residents of our retirement community and those who come to visit. Customer Service Representatives are scheduled 7 days a week from 4 to 8 PM and also from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays. There is some limited relief shifts weekdays during the year. This incumbent will be one of three customer service representatives who will be scheduled to cover these shifts.
