Customer service representative - call centre

* Answer phones * Route multiple technicians in our service areas (from the head office in Louisdale) * Dispatch calls to technicians * Assess situations and prioritize calls * Assist customers in setting up service repair for their appliances, check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls. * Other related duties as necessary Qualifications for this position: * Past dispatching / scheduling experience is preferred * Exceptional organizational skills are essential * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and with a team as needed * Ability to work efficiently in fast paced / high volume work environment * Must be proficient with computers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Ed...
