Customer service representative - call centre

As a Customer Service Representative, you?ll help create a positive experience from the moment a customer calls or walks through the door to the time they pick up their vehicle. This job will include: * Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service * Answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments * Creating and maintaining customer repair orders * Communicating with customers about vehicle repairs, timelines, and costs * Providing updates on repair progress and following up with customers as needed * Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups * Processing payments and maintaining accurate records * Working closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow * Helping resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive manner Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: * Charlottetown, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
