Customer service representative - call centre

*Company Overview* Mountain Industrial Services Limited O/A Mountain Industrial Parts and Supplies is a locally owned and operated supplier specializing in heavy-duty truck parts, industrial supplies, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and consumables. We serve customers in the transportation, construction, mining, and industrial sectors with a focus on quality products, timely delivery, and exceptional service. We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented *Customer Service Representative (CSR)* to join our team and help deliver a high-quality experience to our valued customers. *Position Summary* As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers ? in person, over the phone, and by email. You?ll assist with product inquiries, order processing, quotations, and general customer support. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about the diverse range of products we offer. This Position is based in the Fort McKay Industrial Park and based on a Wednesday to Tuesday Schedule. 7 days on, 7 Days off. 6am to 6pm. *Key Responsibilities* * Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email * Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and specifications * Prepare quotes and process orders in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment * Maintain strong product knowledge of truck parts, PPE, and industrial supplies (training provided) * Process Purchase Orders * Handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers * Assist in maintaining an organized front counter and customer-facing area * Support outside sales team with customer follow-ups and special requests * Perform general administrative tasks as needed * Other duties as assigned *Qualifications and Requirements* * High school diploma or GED equivalent * 1?2 years of counter sales or parts sales experience (preferably in an industrial or parts-related environment) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with order entry systems * Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts or industrial supplies is a strong asset, and will be taken into consideration. * Must successfully pass pre-employment testing * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges * Provide own transportation * Must provide a criminal background check ( within last 30 days) *What We Offer* * Competitive wage and benefits * On-the-job training and support * Opportunities for career growth within the company * A respectful and team-focused work environment * The opportunity to work with a wide range of products and customers *To Apply:* Please send your resume and cover letter to admin@mountainindustrial.ca We appreciate all applications, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
