Y *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm * Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, update account information, and maintain detailed records * Assist customers in understanding services. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure clarity in every interaction * Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations while promoting company offerings * Process and close off work orders to ensure customers and drivers are paid accurately. *Skills* * Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail for accurate record keeping * Proficiency in English ais highly preferred to serve all customers needs. * Must be very detail orientated and have strong attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor * Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions * Knowledge of phone etiquette standards to ensure respectful and positive interactions * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
