*Job Summary* Looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual that requires minimal supervision for a recreational building to perform various tasks are directed. This position reports to the Facility Manager. The Ideal candidate is available 4 pm to midnight on weekends and statutory holidays, can work quickly and efficiently while multitasking, is personable, reliable, and positive. *Responsibilities and Duties* Main job duties include: * Cleaning washrooms, emptying garbage cans, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming etc. * Cleaning and maintenance of meeting rooms, studios, gymnasium, offices and common areas of the building * Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and different kitchen appliances * Cleaning and maintenance of all stainless steel/chrome/glass surfaces in the building * Cleaning and maintaining of paper/soap/sanitizer dispensers including refilling as required * Using and maintaining cleaning equipment like automatic floor scrubber, vacuum cleaner etc. * Maintaining out-door natural ice using ice-resurfacing machine in winter * Splash park water testing and maintenance in summer * Other general duties as required. * Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. *Qualifications and Skills* Must have a valid driver?s license Previous experience is a must Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
