Corporate law clerk

Titlers Professional Corporation is seeking an experienced Corporate Law Clerk to assist with corporate minute book maintenance and updates. We offer a flexible work arrangement and are open to full-time, part-time or contract positions, with the opportunity to work remotely, in person or through a hybrid arrangement. Responsibilities * Review, update and maintain corporate minute books. * Prepare annual resolutions, corporate filings and related documentation. * Maintain corporate registers and records. * Assist with corporate reorganizations and other corporate transactions, as required.
