Coodinator

Promote company services through social media marketing. Purchase supplies and deliver materials to job sites. Show rental properties to prospective tenants. Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation. Maintain records and perform basic computer and administrative tasks. Assist with other operational duties as required. Requirements: Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence. Basic computer skills. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work weekends. Flexible to work varying hours depending on business needs. Position Details: Part-time, 24 hours per week.
