Construction Site Foreman/Woman *Align Construction Ltd.* New Westminster, BC *$41.00 per hour | Full-time | Permanent* 40 hours per week Job Overview Align Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced *Construction Site Foreman/Woman* to supervise and coordinate construction crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews. * Supervise workers and construction projects. * Coordinate and schedule construction-related activities. * Coordinate work with project supervisors, managers, and the office. * Monitor productivity and quality of work on site. * Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice. * Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. * Estimate costs and required materials. * Requisition materials and supplies. * Oversee apprenticeship training. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols. Requirements * Secondary school graduation certificate. * 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. * Ability to communicate in English. * Previous experience supervising construction workers or projects is an asset. * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Work Schedule * Full-time, 40 hours per week * Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts * Flexible hours * Overtime available * On-call availability may be required Work Location This is an *on-site position* in New Westminster, BC.
