Our offerings could include:Employee ownership opportunities that build long-term valueAnnual discretionary performance bonusesRRSP, TFSA, Pension Contribution OptionsFlexible medical, dental and vision benefitsPrescription drug coverage and virtual care servicesLife, AD&D and disability insurancePaid parental leave and family care supportHealth and lifestyle spending account optionsMental health and wellness support, including Employee Assistance ProgramsCareer growth pathways, leadership development and mentorship programsAccess to world-class training through PCL's College of Construction and professional development coursesOngoing opportunities to learn new skills, explore different roles and grow your career across sectors and regionsHere's how a Manager, Integrated Construction Services for PCL Construction Management Inc. within Calgary contributes to our team:ResponsibilitiesLeads, develops and supports a high-performing team of Integrated Construction Services (ICS) professionals, providing coaching, performance management, career development and strategic direction to achieve district objectives.Ensures adequate staff and equipment forecasting to support pursuits, projects and district initiatives related to construction technology and operational support.Provides strategic input into the estimating process regarding construction technology services and scopes to support successful project delivery.Oversees the delivery and adoption of construction technology services across the district, including project software, technology solutions, scheduling and quality programs, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Temporary Works Engineering, and related training, development and change-management initiatives.Identifies opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, mitigate risk and enhance project outcomes through innovative technology solutions and drives their adoption across the district.Partners with district leadership to promote the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, innovation and success stories across projects and departments.Contributes to district risk management processes and ensures appropriate resources and expertise are assigned to support mitigation strategies.Acts as the primary liaison between the district and Corporate ICS team, helping align priorities, initiatives and best practices.Partners with the district Business Technology team to support the implementation and adoption of construction technology, digital solutions, AI and other operational improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology or a related discipline.10+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry, including experience leading teams and delivering construction technology, operational excellence, project support or related services. Construction project management experience is con
