Our ICI Construction Project Managers (PM) are assigned projects to manage and coordinate from startup to project closeout. A PM attends all meetings to review projects, and discusses budget, manpower, closeouts, and scheduled work. A PM oversees the submittal process, invoicing, change directives and calculates change orders. A PM creates schedules and ensures all parties are adhering to the schedules.
