Community Navigator & Executive Assistant

Responsibilities: Communicate with membership ensuring members voices are included in community plans and policy Develop and maintain a community database (community info and library of community reports) Prepare proposals and coordinate community led projects/initiatives that aim to build capacity of the community. Prepare yearly plans and budget accordingly Build, and maintain, relationships with external partners and funders. Research and prepare proposals and funding applications for initiatives outlined in the community plan. Prepare a fiscal year-end report on all activities, events, classes and the financial expenditures.
