We are hiring a Collections Administrative Assistant to join our centralized debt recovery team in Regina. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and highly organized, has a high degree of competence with basic accounting concepts and financial transactions, is confident with both formal written and verbal communication, and has excellent attention to detail and time management skills. They are able to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment, providing excellent service for internal and external clients. Responsibilities include: * Opening Collection files daily for multiple clients across multiple offices * Preparing and maintaining documentation for incoming debtor payments including E-transfers, cheques and wire transfers * Performing property, employment and judgment searches for all applicable files through various sites for multiple offices * Accessing and using online resources such as CollectLink, Techcom, Litigation and Collection Highway to perform various activities to maintain accurate data * Performing financial remittance as required for multiple clients across multiple offices * Monitoring multiple work lists in the collection workflow platform * Preparing, processing and tracking billing and disbursement invoices for multiple clients * Following up with clients to address any outstanding or pending invoice approvals * Monitoring multiple inboxes in Outlook * Paying multiple vendor invoices in a timely manner
