Candidates with training or experience in approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), trauma-focused CBT, or other established evidence-based trauma treatments are encouraged to apply.* *Experience working with the following systems and populations would be considered a significant asset:* * *WSIB* * *Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)* * *Department of National Defence (DND)* * *Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)* * *First responders, including police, firefighters, paramedics, communication operators, military personnel, veterans, correctional officers and other emergency-service professionals* *Experience with WSIB, VAC, DND, and/or RCMP is a bonus, but not required.
