Job Summary As a Clinical Associate at the Surrey Memorial Hospital Internal Medicine Unit you will work as a part of an inter-disciplinary team providing acute medical services, working collaboratively with the attending Internist, nursing, and allied health care providers. You will have an independent practice license with additional training in ER, Hospital Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Ideally you possess excellent clinical skills and are able to perform procedures such as paracentesis, lumbar puncture and thoracentesis. Current ACLS; ATLS is an asset. Surrey Memorial Hospital and academic campus is a Tertiary Referral Centre and primary hospital for one of the fastest growing communities in BC.
