Cara Chow Occupational Therapy is looking for a part-time Clinic Assistant to join our team! Were a busy pediatric therapy clinic, which means our days can include everything from welcoming families and managing schedules to preparing therapy spaces and helping keep the behind-the-scenes pieces running smoothly. Were looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Friendly, warm and confident with families Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Able to work independently and solve problems Experienced with confidential information, ideally in healthcare Happy to jump in and help wherever needed Someone who enjoys being part of a team and believes work should include a few laughs along the way What youll help with: Scheduling clients, groups, meetings and clinic events Invoicing, payments and receipts Greeting children and families Helping families with scheduling and general clinic questions Supporting staff schedules and clinic organization Helping prepare and reset therapy spaces Using programs such as Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, electronic medical records and other clinic apps Helping us coordinate groups, workshops and special events **The position:** Part-time to start Potential for the role to grow Compensation based on experience Pediatric therapy environment where no two days are exactly the same Experience in administration is important, and healthcare experience is a definite asset.
