Client Engagement & Family Support Manager

Key Responsibilities: Conduct intake, psychosocial and strengths-based assessments; develop and review individualized service plans. Provide supportive counselling, advocacy, crisis intervention, resource navigation, referrals, and follow-up. Maintain confidential, accurate case notes, files, and program documentation. Build relationships with community organizations, health, education, child and family services, cultural groups, settlement services, and other referral sources. Promote Healing Steps Family Services through outreach, presentations, networking, and stakeholder meetings. Screen and intake prospective clients; assess eligibility, service fit, and urgency of need. Track referrals, stakeholder contacts, outreach activities, and new client inquiries.
