*Opening starting October 26, 2026, for a Part-Time Litigation Law Clerk, working approximately 28?32 hours per week at $26/hour, with flexible scheduling.* This position will initially serve as a training and onboarding period. This work is non legal aid criminal law work along with civil litigation, being mostly wrongful dismissal litigation. Both areas of law have constant deadlines. The criminal law work is procedurally challenging since the rules vary slightly from County to County. Also, if there is a Section 11(b) Charter application, the applicable OCJ court practice direction now mandates a chart showing what was done and when.
