*Qualifications* * 1?2 years of cleaning experience (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, or other specialty cleaning experience is an asset) * WHIMIS certified and up to date required; other tickets are an asset * Comfortable communicating in English, with good communication skills * Legally eligible to work in Canada * Willing to obtain a criminal record check before starting * A reliable vehicle and valid BC driver's licence, since our sites aren't accessible by transit * A working phone with a data plan, and comfortable using email, the internet, and work apps *Job Overview* Sky Blue Cleaning Services is a family-owned and operated cleaning company serving the Lower Mainland since 2017. On-call shifts are offered as they come up, and you're free to accept or decline with no penalty. *Responsibilities* * Commercial and residential home cleaning to our standards, including (but not limited to) offices, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying * Garbage and recycling removal * Re-stocking consumables in washrooms, kitchens and other areas * Work together with a team or independently sometimes * Follow each client's site instructions * Follow closing and security procedures to ensure each site is locked and secured after each service * Maintain a clean and organized janitorial room ensuring all tools and equipment is easy to access, stored neatly, and accounted for, in good working condition. * Special service work (i.e. window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and more) for those with experience or willingness to learn * Report any issues, damage, or supply needs Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 ? 20.0 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Ability to commute/relocate: * Mission, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Cleaning: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
