*Job Summary* We are a busy, multidisciplinary wellness clinic looking for a professional and welcoming Office Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and the primary support for our diverse team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, RMTs, and Kinesiologists. We are a growing practice and are actively looking for a candidate who is interested in staying on permanently should the fit be right. *Key Responsibilities* Patient Experience: Greet patients, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain a professional, healing clinic environment.
