*About the Opportunity* Children Matter Community Services (CMCS) is seeking compassionate, dependable Youth Support Workers to support children and youth in our staffed homes. This role is about building relationships and helping young people feel safe, heard, and accepted. You will support daily routines, emotional regulation, life skills, and community involvement while encouraging each young person?s independence and amplifying their voice. Our programs support youth with diverse abilities and complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs.
