We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef with hands-on expertise in *both Indian and Continental cuisines*. The ideal candidate must be confident preparing a variety of dishes from both cuisines while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, consistency, and food safety. This is a hands-on kitchen role involving food preparation, cooking, kitchen coordination, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant.
