*L O R E* is a 32-seat contemporary Canadian restaurant in the heart of downtown Collingwood, from the team behind The Pine ( #11 on Canada's 100 Best Restaurants). Recently opened in May of this year, L O R E is already generating buzz and was recently Michelin Recommended. Our multi-course tasting menus are shaped by both land and sea, taking familiar flavours and techniques and turning them into something unexpected. As L O R E continues to grow, we're looking for skilled and ambitious *Chef De Parties* to join our back-of-house team. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about the details, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys working in a creative, collaborative kitchen.
