*Carpenter ? Full-Time* *Howell Ventures Ltd. | 4850 Route 102, Upper Kingsclear, NB E3E 1P8* Howell Ventures Ltd. is looking for a dependable and motivated *Carpenter* to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is comfortable taking on a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. *Responsibilities* * Assist with a variety of residential and commercial construction projects * Perform general carpentry, framing, drywall, finishing, and other construction-related tasks * Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment * Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials as required * Assist with renovations, repairs, maintenance, and new construction projects * Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site * Follow project plans, instructions, and direction from the Construction Manager * Work collaboratively with other members of the construction team * Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures *Qualifications* * Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred * Experience with carpentry, renovations, or general construction would be considered an asset * Comfortable using common hand and power tools * Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working on your feet throughout the day * Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship * Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively * Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required * Valid driver?s licence and reliable transportation * A positive attitude and willingness to learn *What We Offer* * Full-time, permanent employment * Competitive hourly compensation based on experience * Monday to Friday work schedule * Two weeks of paid vacation * Group health benefits following the eligibility period * Company RRSP matching program following eligibility * Opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company * A supportive, team-oriented work environment *Interested in Joining Our Team?* If you have construction experience, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a stable full-time opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
